Q: ¿Como puedo saber la referencia de mi Nintendo para que esta carcasa le quede bien?

Le queda bien a la de 2017 y la de 2019 pero viene sin el filtro de polvo tendrías que comprarlo aparte y también comprar una cinta doble cara si vas a cambiarla por completo ya que la pantalla hay que desmontarla osea la lcd la táctil y ponerla de nuevo y cuando viene a ver ya la que trae tiene el adesivo vencido ojo tiene que se una cinta doble cara que aguante altas temperaturas y que sea fina preferiblemente para reparación de objetos y pantallas electrónicas

It's ONLY the housing. In fact,we were so iffy about removing the glass from the housing that we only used the back piece to replace and kept the front frame separate. So to answer your question, no, it's only the black plastic housing. No digitizer.

No it was not blurred / smudged. It was perfect. The guy who replaced our back for us also moved the ID sticker too from the old to the new. You can't tell which is the replaced back switch and which is the new switch now. (we have 3 switches in our house since at Christmas a new one was gifted and one was purchased with gift monies so as not to be left out!)

Q: Does it come with the air vent cover on the top of switch by the game card area

No. You'll have to remove all small parts that hold the current one on to reuse on the new one. Screws even.
