Zhongyi Mitakon APS-C Camera Prime Lens 35mm f/0.95 Mark II EOS-M Black

This lens is an overall great lens. I liked the fact that I could get good color, contrast, detail, and depth of field at such a fast aperture without paying a lot of money for it. I think the lens is a bit softer in some respects than other lenses I've worked with. However, I think the softness of this lens is part of why I love it so much. If you really want out of focus backgrounds with a razor thin depth of field and you are comfortable taking the time to learn how to manually focus I think this lens will fit in with your other lenses just fine. The final thing is that you have to be careful when adjusting the focus as you can accidentally bump the aperture ring.

It's a good lens for mid-experienced photographers and above.A bit pricey by the time currency conversion is done though.**** I purchased the incorrect mount and reached out to zyoptics who manufacture it rather than bother the seller on amazon for my error (by the time I realised). No response from zyoptics as to whether I could purchase the necessary parts to make the conversion to the mount I wanted so support is lacking by the manufacturer (not to be confused with the seller).A design recommendation would be to make it easier to remove and swap the lens mount bracket to suit other cameras, much like the Pentax vintage lenses.In summary, make sure you double check what you are ordering to make sure it is correct, if bleary eyed wait until the morning to place it :)
