Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Baking Flour, 10 lb Bag

Gold Metal Unbleached flour is by far my favorite brand. Eats good and can be use for just about everything.

Was delivered with other items, happy it didn't open in the box. It definitely smells good, fresh and the expiration date is way ahead in time too.... I like to refresh my flour ever so often and this was a decent price compared to my local store. No bugs either.. lol . Quick Shipping.

Cheap flour

This is more of a shipping review. The bags of flour were shipped in a lightweight cardboard box -- miracle it arrived intact, though it had been re-taped at some point. The bags were shipped without any plastic wrap around them or even in a protective plastic bag. Not so great for food items. Otherwise, would be five stars, as the product is excellent.

My go all purpose not bleached n makes my dough making easy.Was introduced n this my Fort order n still going.

I've been using this flower since I started cooking bread years ago. It doesn't have the high protein content. And It won't crisp like more processed flower. But It's really good for about everything I do in the kitchen.

The flour is exactly as advertised, but we have had 3 different bags of it all damaged during shipping. That means 3 different shipping boxes, with other items inside, all covered with flour from one end to the other. We keep hoping that they won't send the next one in a box with everything else, and we keep being proven wrong. Maybe I should just buy my flour locally...
