Q: does it fit a 10.5 inches pot

That's all I use mine on, is a 10.5 inch frying pan.

Q: does this fit 9" frying pans???

My frying pans are 8 1/2". It fits with about a 1/4" remaining all around the lid. So, not sure about the fit for a 9" pan. That being said, the lid measures 9". I have the larger one too and it should fit your 9" pan without any trouble. Hope that helps and doesn't confuse the issue more!

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the Le Creuset line. You can always try it - it may fit your other pots or pans.

Q: What are the sizes of the rings? Is it every inch from 7 to 12? Like 7-8-9-10-11-12?

It looks like 7 1/2 to 12 1/2 inches with 1/2 inch intervals.
