It’s exactly what it’s supposed to be. Works well and doesn’t irritate my ears, soothes them and makes it easier to stretch/have stretched ears.

Easy to use. Doesn't have a smell that I could tell. Felt great after using.

Do not buy this if you expect a large jar! It's tiny, almost travel-sized. However, a little goes an insanely long way! I personally don't have gauges, but I do have a ton of ear piercings that I clean often. Because of that, my ears are always so dry and flaky. This balm actually soaks into my skin, rather than sit on top of it forever like my aquaphor does.

This balm comes in a very small container (in the photos I chose a standard eyeliner sharpener for a size reference), but that doesn’t matter, as a little of this stuff goes a long way. It smells great, and it spreads easily, and it doesn’t leave skin feeling greasy. I think the most impressive aspect of this balm is how much it minimizes the pain of stretching. I know everyone says that if you’re stretching your ears and it hurts then something is wrong, but even stretching as slowly as possible and leaving several months between stretches for healing time, there will still be some amount of pain when/after inserting a new taper and plug. This made stretching absolutely painless, and the taper slid through my ear without sticking. Transitioning from the taper to the plug afterward was way easier than it ever was before, thanks to this balm. I’ll definitely be recommending this to my friends, and when I run out (I feel like this will take a long time) I’ll be buying more. The one thing I will suggest to prospective buyers is to look through the ingredients list and make sure you don’t have allergies to any of them. I have a friend who is allergic to jojoba and would break out with a rash if she used this, so just be sure to pay attention when you buy all natural things.
