I think these are helping my 'over 65' skin - doesn't seem as dry as before. I had been taking Wheat Grass in pill form, (from a different manufacturer) and thought they helped but just by the nature of loose pills in a bottle, there was a lot of powder in the bottom of the bottle from them colliding, and a few in every bottle ended up being broken during shipping. Thought I'd try these capsules and I was elated that they did not disappoint, AND they are (according to the Amazon details) packaged in Utah, USA. These capsules are easy to swallow and there's no residue in the bottle when emptied of capsules. The 'serving size' on the label is three capsules and the 'Suggested Use' says to "take 3 capsules, one to three times daily". As per my health care provider, I am taking the maximum suggested dosage of three capsules, three times a day. I voluntarily drink over 120 ounces of water every day so the water consumption is no issue. Glad I chose these and have them on my "Subscribe and Save" list so I don't forget to order them when needed. If you are wanting to explore what Wheat Grass can do for you, ask your healthcare provider first, and if you go to start using wheat grass, I'd recommend these.
