A Wonderful Book
I read parts of this years ago when I was in college but didn't appreciate it. Now, that I'm older, I enjoy reading this daily and seeing things as Proust did throughout his life. A calming, reflective read.

Perfect gift!
This book was a gift for my daughter. Exactly what she asked for, great price.

Bad format; This is only the 1st chapter!
Aside from the typo in the Author's name this book is printed in a letter size format and small print, which makes the lines so long that you keep skipping or repeating lines because the eye has to move so far left to start the next text line. And this is only the first of 7 chapters! This book looks like a cheap print from a questionable source (North Haven, CT). You can see the pixels of the cover text and inside graphics.

What volume number is this?
The writing is good, but I’m confused to what I’m reading.

very small print format
broad pages with long lines of small text -- I wanted a Trade paperback, this is larger and different than standard. I kept it anyway and may get used to the format -- maybe.

One of the best works of prose of all time.
Listen, it's not for everyone. I get it. Maybe even the majority of readers wouldn't even begin to absorb Proust, to internalize what's going on his text, to reflect on what it means for the human condition. Then there're the people who understand why Proust is a god among writers.

Use format, pagination is back to front!!
I can get over the unusual format, but the pages do look like regular photo copies, and whoever did this, didn't even take the time to assemble them properly: you start on the last page of the book with page 1 and have to work you way backwards to page 208, which is the first page. Is this a mistake or a joke?
