My kids LOVE this pepperoni. I appreciate that's it's natural and uncured, especially without antibiotics, and it's delicious! I've never had problems with keeping this on the shelf. Stays fresh until opened, then for a while when it's resealed. No problems at all, and we make delicious pizza.

I've been buying Genoa salami since my first trip to Italy, 50 years ago, and this salami tastes nothing like any Genoa salami I've ever gotten before. Normally, I only buy Genoa due its distinct mild yet rich and complex flavor. This salami has no resemblance in flavor or even thickness of the slices to any Genoa I've ever tried before. The slices are about double normal the thickness . . . the product I got is tough and somewhat dry, overly chewy. The flavor has an odd taste to it. Maybe it's the wine they add? What I got is barely eatable. I'll probably use it in spaghetti sauce or on pizza. It may be too tough to put on sandwiches. I won't buy it again. The price is low, but it's still not worth buying. AMAZON WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND OR ACCEPT A RETURN OF THE ITEM. Amazon should not be selling this item on their website.

Perfect for snack. Perfect pair of meat and cheese. Decent quantity for price. Especially since it's 100% ready to serve.

These were absolutely delicious. The flavors ranged from bold to mild, and each one was individually packed, which made them super convenient. I used them on the charcuterie board I brought to Christmas dinner with my family, and they paired beautifully with all the cheeses and crackers I set out. The quality was excellent, and everyone enjoyed them. I would definitely buy this variety pack again.

The pepperoni was brown and had to be thrown out I won’t be buying it again
