Q: do you need to put a coat of primer before a mural if you are painting on concrete sidewalk?

I painted on a wood shed and used an acrylic primer. I suggest looking online for information on painting on concrete. Primer is always a good idea regardless.

I used it to paint a mural on the side of a garage 3 years ago I sprayed it with clear coat it still looks as good as when first done
