Interesting and worth the read
A lot of focus seems to be placed on mindfulness and meditation, but the magazine also touches on some of the things we dont necessarily remember from day to day that make us happy. I would recommend reading this as a way to remind yourself what is important in life.

A good book for beginners in this science.
Not too complex for non-scientists to understand. Some chapters very thin on references or further reading, early chapters better than thelater and last one. Authors seem to be struggling to fill their mandate. Can be recommended for beginners.

Not enough depth
It's an interesting material to read but I felt there was not enough depth. Most of the points mentioned were not new to me.

These are personal classical memories for me—or will be.
There are good. All I have done so far is to glance through. They are on my list if “to do’s.

Whenever I need an attitude adjustment...
I open up this article on my kindle app as I start my day and cherish a few uplifting sentences. It's very well done. And I am in gratitude for all the efforts put in by the creators. Thank you all!

If you are looking for new avenues to explore to increase your happiness, this book has many new(to me anyway) procedures to obtain that goal.

Good read
This was surprisingly good. I am a psychologist and found it interesting with updated research.

A lot of fluff with very little substance and little useful information. A waste of money for most people.
I had hoped for more, but didn't get it. There's a lot of pages here but very little useful and accurate information. The secret to happiness, it keeps telling me, is to not spend money on personal stuff, to see the good in everything bad, and to mix socially more. Thanks, Time!OK, so maybe that's a bit cynical, but I was disappointed in the amount of actually useful information here. There's a plethora of research on these subjects, and the bookzine mentions some of it in passing, but there's little real investigation of the subjects nor recommendations beyond a bunch of fluff. While I read through a great deal of this bookzine to make sure I wasn't missing anything, my wife skimmed through in 15 minutes and probably got the same amount of information from it as I did. Her verdict? "How much did you pay for this????"Looking to get happy? This bookzine won't get you there...and everything you read in the pages is on many websites. So, be happy by saving your money and buying something more useful.

Simple with multiple angles
While maybe not overly scientific a nice lead into changes we can all strive to make in our day daily lives.

A nice colection book
Very good advice in many areas. A bit "experimental" in others, but it gives you a good guideline for life.
