This should be a must-read for everyone, especially in the corporate world. This is an amazing reference that should live on everyone's desks. I recently traveled for work and read through it on the plane, decided to leave a copy behind so I'm buying a second copy! I will make sure to purchase more copies for my wider team! Having worked with Caterina in the past, I knew that anything she put her heart into would be gold, but I wasn’t expecting that!!!! This is a book I'd be happy to read multiple times, like a classic film I'm sure I'd learn something new from it every single time. Thank you for bringing this life-changing work to LIFE!

This book is a must read I highly enjoyed and recommend all my network to read ! It provide plenty of example of how the most successful on the planet handle meeting to make it a productive safe place that can bring innovation and action. My favorit part was about people and process and is really a must read. It rise all the problematic arround how we delt with meeting during the pandemic and also how it was challenging for minorities.

The book gives good examples from real life experiences. Gives good advice which can be applied in real life. Worth the read. Also makes one think more about the options of how to make meetings more effective.
