The main problem is after it rained once the lens fogged up and has stayed that way for a month. A waste of time, effort and money.I'm embarrassed to have recommended it.

Product support is poor! Talking to a live person is useless! User's manual is NOT clear about presets!Will not buy from this vendor again.......

This is a good low end mini PTZ, the manual is a little difficult to follow, even though I had NO ISSUES, because I install cameras. Overall, good value for money
