Vitrex110mm Diamond Glass Blade

Used to cut 8mm glass mosaic tiles (25mm square on 300x 300 mm mesh backing). Anyone who has tried this on a conventional tile saw table will know the issues of the mesh backing not providing enough rigidity to allow perfectly straight and even cuts even with plastic mosaic backing sheet applied.I actually used these discs on my cordless angle grinder using a piece of 6mm steel sheet as a straight edge cutting guide clamped on top of the mosaic sheet to provide rigidity (just clamped to a workmate).A constant trickle of water and hey presto - perfect straight cuts with no chipping at all. Even 6 mm slivers were perfect.Amazed at how well these work

Does exactly what it advertises. Not used it enough to see if it is value for money with longevity, but for now I’m happy.

great disc, used it so far to cut floor tiles and even slate with a high iron content that a drill bit wouldn't get through. all without losing its edge even with the thin kerf.

I actually bought this for my Plasplugs tile cutter but it was too big. Fortunately fitted my angle grinder perfectly. Made a superb job on glass mosaics, clean cut no chipping.

Used this for 10mm ceramic tiles, made a huge difference to the standard blade , didn't chip the tiles, cut them very smoothly.
