Buffalo Leather Rifle Gun Sling, 1" Wide, Amish Handmade, Black

I was looking for a two-point sling that would compliment a Ruger 10/22 Target rifle with a black laminate stock. I also had a 10/22 Target with the brown laminate stock. The Buffalo Hide Leather Rifle Gun Sling, Black/black Stitch Amish Handmade 1" Wide sling turned out to be the perfect sling to compliment the black laminate stock. This sling is made in the USA and is of the quality that I expect from American-made products.Nicely stitched with black thread throughout the length of the sling. The ends of the sliding loop are so well matched that I could not easily discern the actual cut. The ends of the sliding loop are joined together by two (what appears to be) brass-plated clasps for a very secure joint. The securing screws are silver-plated.The screws come loosely fitted so that you can add the desired 1" sling swivels easily. Buffalo hide is very pliable; it is not stiff like so many cowhide slings that take some "working" to break in. There is ample adjustment, but I found that the adjustment, as received, was fine for my style of "working the sling." This is one well made gun sling. I learned about this sling from a YouTuber channel, The Late Boy Scout so I bought this sling for my shotgun. This strap is Amish made and they are known for high quality work so it was a no brainer. This strap looks and feels good. you get a set of Chicago with this strap so you can fasten it to sling mounts that you do need to purchase separately as I did to mount this strap to my shotgun. Just use a drop of super glue or Loctite on the threads of each Chicago screw so they stay put. Buffalo hide is very strong leather. I use Ballistol on my leather to treat it. This will help this sling last a very long time.

The sling is excellent quality, thick leather, with heavy, even stitching. Looks very nice. Should last a lifetime.The screws are shiny and have a slot/torx combo head on one end and the mating head is completely smooth. With the smooth head, I don't feel like I got them tight enough and I worry that the thing is going to come loose when I need it. I'm looking to upgrade to a better screw-set that I can fully tighten.

strap is way thicker than expected. hardware is high quality( brass and s.s.) worth every penny!! would say as good !! if not better !! than most 40 to 50 dollar bianchi slings." serious this is very well made." i use it to tote around a 590a1. because strap is so thick, even fully loaded not even a problem !! (i just recommend getting 1 1/4 qd swivels) cant say enough about quality!!!

I’m honestly impressed with this strap. I was looking for something simple but aesthetically pleasing for a hunting rifle. It needed to also be functional, comfortable, and hardy given how long you have to carry around stuff. This sling fits all those bills. It’s been about a month and it still looks great.I was wary because Nohma Leather looks a bit sketchy (almost like a fake company, tbh) but maybe creating a website isn’t as important as putting out good products. Highly recommended. I plan on getting another strap from them.

I installed this beautiful grey Buffalo leather strap on my Henry All-Weather bush rifle in .45/70. It nearly matches the color of the weatherized wood butt & forearm, and compliments the stainless steel barrel and hardware.

Too thick for the front swivel of a mini 14

High quality and extremely well made product! I've bought three of these now and totally love them! They are thick well made pieces of leather and once they brake in they are very flexible and durable. I've got these slings on a hunting rifle and two of my hunting shotguns! You need one of these for every gun you have! Really great product
