I hardly EVER leave a review for anything. But I can honestly say that these have done wonders for me. I received them a week ago and I notice when my blood pressure is very low or feel very fatigue because i notice when my energy levels drop Vs being tired. I’m 30 years old and I know I’ve been having this issue for years. Doctors are no help. They never get to the root cause of it. In 2019 I went to the hospital and my blood pressure dropped to 40 and they couldn’t figure out what was going on with me. I think ever since it’s escalated where I’m getting out of bed because I have to and I’m pushing myself. I have no kids. So I shouldn’t be this tired. Before that ER visit I had previously felt it and tried talking to a doctor about it that I had no energy. That I’ve been gaining weight but that I have no energy to get myself going. I don’t eat to bad. But I also don’t workout. The doctor brought in a therapist instead of doing blood work etc which I brought up. They said I was depressed and that I might be Bevsude i was 20LB over weight. 😒 i was so livid. That was the last time I went to the doctor. I’ve tried doing things from home or more natural remedies bevsude not sure what the root cause was. I’m not a doctor. One day I was scrolling and this person was speaking about POTS. I started to look into it. I saw how it’s related to blood pressure. Previously I’ve been told my massage therapies that i have bad blood circulation. So it all started to connect. When I checked my blood presssure i noticed it was drastically low compared to normal. I checked it for a week and noticed it was low and i was wondering if maybe the machine was not working etc. tested my brother and mom and theirs is fine. Once I started to take Norma Lyte i noticed an instante difference! I don’t feel my face numb, my vision is more clear I feel more awake and alert. My energy levels feel normal now. I’ll be out and about all day and until like 10ish i start to feel tired not fatigue. Tired just from being out and about. This has brought me back to being myself. I honestly feel so much better. I still need to research more if this Becsude of course I’m curious. But now i have energy to get out after work and workout more. I’m so happy that even my family had noticed an enormous change that even my brother said he will pay for the subscription lol. I hope this helps. The taste overal isn’t bad. I’m also not picky. I don’t care if it taste horrible my goal was to start to feel better. I’ve had only the grape flavor and honestly I don’t mind it at all.

I'm a POTS patient, and these are amazing! Work wonders for when I'm feeling weak, and BP is super low. I keep them in my purse, and bedside. Grape isn't too bad. Taste a lil salty, but I mix it with 10oz water instead, and then drink a regular water after.

Liked the taste as far as these kind of drink go. Little pricey for what it is, since it's very common salts that's in there.

These hydration sticks are excellent for our whole family. My dad who is a diabetic can use then because of the low sugar content. Easy to keep on hand and drink.

Like other reviewers here, I have dysautonomia. For the past three years, I have been taking a very expensive med to help with this, but rely on patient assistance programs to help with the copay. At the end of 2017, with the fate of PAPs hanging in the balance of the government, I was on the hunt for other products that could help me. My doctor had suggested Normalyte as a "quick hit" to help.Out of all the flavors, I thought I would like the grape the best, but to me, the only way a product like this can work is if you can actually get it down. This is very challenging to get down. I generally avoid products with sucralose and nutrasweet. This product has sucralose, and the sickening sweetness tends to linger on my lips. I asked my husband to try it and he said it lingers on the tip of his tongue.You're supposed to dissolve this in 16 ounces of water. Honestly, for me, this is just way too strong. I know that they recommend 16 ounces so you get the most benefit/strongest amount of the rehydration salts, but it's cloyingly taste is just too much for me. I end up opening a 23.7 ounce bottle of Smart Water, take a big chug, and then dissolve a packet in what's left. I think I probably have between 19-20 ounces in the bottle when I first dissolve it.TIPS: You really must use COLD COLD COLD water in order to drink this. If you like the taste, you may not need to do what I do as far as dissolving it in more than 16 ounces of water. But *do* shake this up vigorously before EACH sip. You'll see a lot of cloudy fizz/bubbles at the top of the water, but that dissipates rather quickly. If you're going to be taking sips of this water throughout the day, it needs to go back in the fridge because it gets kinda gross the warmer it gets. I ended up taking a sharpie to write on the bottle to remind me that this was not regular water.I'm really torn about this product because it's helpful. It really is. But it's hard to get pumped about something that does not taste good. It's not like holding your nose to swallow a tablespoon of cough syrup as a kid. It's a lot of water, and the flavor really could be improved.For quick hits, I go to these SaltStick chewable salt tabs, which are kind of chalky and definitely tart, but it's a quicker way to get that recharge. I have EDS and POTS. I try to drink one packet dissolved in a water bottle every other day (along with fludrocortisone daily). On days I drink it, I have great symptom improvement (less black-outs, brain fog, weakness). I usually have some symptom improvement the day after I drink it too. The taste is good. I haven't tried any of the other flavors because I actually enjoy the grape. I know I wouldn't like the PURE with no other flavoring. My only complaint is it is kind of pricey and I can't afford to drink it daily.

I must say I was very disappointed in this product. I was so excited to try it because both of my children suffer from POTS. I’m sure it would work well if they could get past the taste. It has a thick quality to it and neither of them could stomach drinking it. I wish that they would make better flavors… Looking forward to more options in the future!
