Beautiful stool! Fits wherever needed in my home. Living room, bedroom and patio. Comfortable and very stable. A case of getting what you pay for in quality.Not intended to be left on patio, but handy when needed.

I bought this for my bedroom, as a place to set my shams and decorative bed pillows when I go to bed at night. It came with no faults, went together easily, and seems very sturdy. It's also a very attractive piece of furniture. If I want to use it elsewhere later, I feel confident it will also be sturdy enough to use as an ottoman.

Surprisingly strong and a good wide seat.. purchased it for a makeup table and found it comfortable and I could use it in other areas because of its structure and good looks - perhaps a bathroom seat or maybe in the living room as a ‘just-in-case’ you need a spare seat.

This is a solid, sturdy footstool and can be used for seating. The pillow top is firm but comfortable and the material has a thickness to it, as well as softness. Highly recommend it.

Excellent, well-built, stylish ottoman, especially for the price. I've seen this exact piece in stores for quite a bit more. Assembly was easy, it came with a nice screwdriver. I added some wood glue to the dowel rods for extra stability, but you probably don't need it. I'd definitely buy it again.

I love my grandkids, but I didn’t want to spend another $2K on matching Pottery Barn Grand Layton chairs for when they are over for dinner. This stool is just the right height for the Sausalito table, but are much easier to pass off as decor (vs. a bench) when not in use. I ordered 1 to try it out and am now ordering 2 more! I’ll probably scotch guard them but hope they last awhile!Update: now have 3!
