Q: Is this pill box dishwasher proof?

I've never tried it in a dishwasher but it is sturdy enough. Maybe not on the hottest setting as it is made of plastic.

Q: How many paracetamol would each compartment hold , I take up to 15 tablets on an evening

This item will very easily take 15 tablets in one compartment. Very well designed this item, I'm very impressed :)

Q: Can i get individual replacements if say a day has gone missing?

I'm not quite sure but they are not very expensive. Having said that, you may buy another one to keep as spare.

Q: How big is the case what hold the compartments?

The outside case measures: 8inches x 5inches x nearly 1 1/2inches. In metric that is: 20.3cm x 12.7cm x 3.5cm. Hopefully that should answer your query.
