Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, 512GB, Graphite (Renewed)

I initially decided to hold off on writing a review until I had used the phone for a while. Now, after four months of use, I can say I’m quite satisfied with it. When I first received the phone, I noticed an issue with the screen. I contacted customer service to request a replacement, and they responded promptly, replacing the phone within two to three days. The replacement device was in excellent condition and has been working perfectly since then. I haven’t encountered any issues, and overall, I’m very happy with the phone quality, looks, battery life. I would definitely recommend buying from this place. The customer service is excellent.

Bought an iPhone 12 pro max.Phone as described very pleased with the phone. All working as it should and looks like new. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition; got it to use as a work phone.- Delivery: The phone arrived remarkably quickly after purchase—kudos for the speedy delivery!- Packaging: It came in aftermarket packaging, with a USB-A to Lightning cable and a 5V-1A wall adapter. It's a used phone, so no complaints about the packaging.- Quality: I ordered the phone in "excellent condition," and visually, it lived up to the description. There were just a few scratches on the side and near the camera, nothing too bothersome. The battery health was at 80%, which just about met the minimum their minimum requirement.However — and this is where things went downhill—the charging port is a nightmare. It charges with the USB-A to Lightning cable, but constantly disconnects. And don't get me started on the USB-C to Lightning cable—I've tried three different ones from Apple with no luck. I even bought a new USB-C - Lightening cable, hoping it would be the magic fix, but no dice. All 4 cables I’ve tried are genuine cables directly from Apple.I'm starting to wonder if they knew about this issue before selling it to me. As i would think that this would be an issue that’d appear in regular testing before selling used product.**TL;DR:** Great condition on the outside, but major charging port issues.

Phone works ok. But listed as excellent condition but had lots of prominent scratches on the screen so disappointed with that.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max.Arrived quickly and it was pristine.Very happy.5 months in, I started to get issues with the battery.Contacted the retailer and they accepted the return.Within 48 hours they offered me a pristine replacement (which I opted for) or a full refund.Absolutely fantastic service.I would definitely buy from here again.

I used to have a iPhone XS Max, but it was completely cracked and stopped working. I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max Graphite 128gb yesterday and it came today. I opened the parcel and I was shocked but in a good way. I paid £300 for this phone and it came in a box with a new unopened charger and screen protector and a brand new plug for the cable. I saw a lot of bubble wrap which was really good to see as well. I took that off and it had another box I opened that to more bubble wrap and my phone was in a plastic wrapper type thing. And when I got it out it had a white cover over the screen to peel off. And I had no scratches, dents, cracks, etc nothing! My battery health is 93% which is absolutely incredible. It’s a stunning colour as well I love it. Overall one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I’m so so happy with it. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this seller. And it’s such a good value for money I will 100% be ordering from here again!!

Great products, excellent condition.

I was super happy to get this and a few days later the phone started to show maybe the battery is not genuine but I could not find a way to solve this….I don’t know if this battery will last or not but I would hope it was told on the description at the very start when I placed the order not for me to find out it later by myself. A bit disappointed to be honestly.The delivery was fast with no issues though hence 3🌟.
