I purchased this mask after a friend told me how effective it was for his runs. I’m a long distance runner, so I wanted to see the effects it had on my speed and endurance. I’m really impressed! There are different settings on the mask that allow you to ease into the oxygen restriction levels. I’ve been working my way up the levels, but can already see huge improvements in my endurance when I train with the mask and then run a race without the mask.

Works as advertised. I thought it would be uncomfortable but it was not. I used the 4 holed filter for now during intense cardio and I intend to work up slowly. It does force one to control one's breath rate.

This mask is great for boosting your training intensity. It made me feel like I couldn’t breathe after only one minute of running in it, so it definitely does the job! The only issue with it I had was the mask kept sliding down my nose and I had to keep pushing it up during my run.

First time using one of these. Training for a marathon where the altitude was 3x hire than my training altitude. Did some multiple training runs with this. Up to a 10 mile training run. Kept is at the least restrictive air flow. I would have to continually adjust it once the sweat started to come through. It was tolerable, considering you are running with something covering your face and increasing the difficulty of your air intake. Think it helped me get through my marathon.

Mask doesn’t fit perfectly well but found that if i make the neck strap tight as possible it will do the trick. This mask is absolutely insane and makes me want to quit when i do cardio on the medium setting (which is a good thing). Doing hard cardio on the hardest setting makes me want to pass out (which means it’s doing my job). Would recommend

I am able to complete more reps, and run longer using this mask. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to push their work out further.

The casing for the mask broke the first time I used. Very disappointing. Debating if I should replace it with the same mask
