Bought this PSP20 shock wave machine for urologist friend overseas in March 2025. It is. A solid machine and far more affordable than other quality machines on the market. It's a semi-professional unit that can be used at the home and at the office or the clinic. The PSP20 is easy to operate because everything is very clear and simple to operate and maintain as long as the operator reads the enclosed literature that is available in print and electronic. The company support is top notch. The sales department is phenomenal in that it responds to communication almost immediately and answers questions or concerns clearly and helpfully. Indeed, I was really flabbergasted to receive a response to an e-mail by a living person at eleven clock at night in answer to a question I relayed to the sales department. As for the functioning of the machine? It seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Indeed, the doctor who ordered it is very pleased with what it's doing to his patients suffering with ED (erectile disfunction) and other issues. He informs me that some have stopped taking viagra and other such medication altogether. The treatment in non-invasive and seems to do wonders to the psychological wellbeing of many of his male patients who feel ashamed because they can't function on demand. The other fantastic benefit of the PSP20 is its ability to treat body pain. I am told it does wonders in reducing back-pain as well as pain in the other parts of the body by healing nerves and joints as well as promoting the development of new nerves and muscle joints. I bought the machine for my friend and can attest to the quality and the price. It is not cheap but what is does makes it worth it. The complaints I had were that it doesn't have dual electric voltage and one needs current converter to use it in areas with 220 volts and 50 Hrs. The other complaint was that the additional ED and Back-pain heads are just too expensive for personal use in that it pushes up the price of the machine to over 4500 dollars. It's a great machine for those who can afford it for home use.

I can't believe how much this machine has change my life. I'm 52 and after years of physical abuse on my body from being so active my joints were shot. I decided to go with the larger more powerful one because it had a penetrating factor of 1.97 in. and a max power level of 8. Works great, so far its worked just as well as more expensive units and the interface is very easy to use. The handle broke after about 8 months of heavy use (850,000 impulses) but the manufacturer replaced my handle for free and now its back to working perfect.
