The plastic piece was kind of sticking. I had it installed and it broke 6 days later. My drivers window is stuck down. They are sending me a replacement. I definitely am changing my review.

installed and got the windows closed. I let it sit for a couple months. First time i used it again the back window switch will open but wont go up. drivers sticks too. past the return. Cheap switch.

it works great, 5 Star product in my opinion. instructions would be a nice touch, it took me 15 minutes just to get the electronic connections off of the old component. I know now how to replace this unit but when I will probably never have the opportunity to use it.
