Q: I want to know ingredients. I’m looking for natural air freshener. I’m worried that this “seems” natural but might have hidden chemicals. Any insight?

This is NOT a natural product. It is all chemicals. You are better off buying an essential oil diffuser (they make automatic ones) and using your own oils, if natural is important to you.

Q: Has anyone refilled the bottle themselves?

Yes. I pour the almost empty bottles together. Simply pull out the wick, and pour in, then stick the wick back.

Q: Can one reuse the essential bottles and pour actual natural essential oils in them, and use them in the diffuser? Will it work the same?

Safety evaluation and toxicology reviews have not been performed on any other refills, other than those designed and created by Air Wick. Therefore, it is not advised to use other refills or oils with Air Wick Devices.
