Great hydration product. I use it for all of my training hydration needs. It is great for before, during, and/or after activities. I can't recommend this enough. It is as helpful as having an IV, without the pain of getting an actual IV! Great source of hydration, and it is likely because it has great science and great developers behind it! It is way better than any fizzy tablet that you put in your water. This product is actually useful unlike the competitors. The fizzy tablet products are fake and nasty tasting. SOS is real hydration with great taste. BOOM!BUY SOS!

I like that these aren't as sweet as some of the others I have tried. I don't like sweet drinks much in general, but also don't need to add a bunch of sweetener, natural or otherwise, to my water. I'd rather taste the water. So I also like that the flavor of these is pretty light and doesn't try to turn my water into juice or something it isn't. The coconut flavor is not my favorite, but the others are good.

I got the variety pack to try all their flavors and went for coconut first. Horrendous taste lol BUT during our hangover I will say I felt MUCH better than my boyfriend did and I attribute it to drinking 2 of these while he stuck to plain water.

The idea of these are great and I have tried other brands and enjoyed them. These were on the cheaper side so I thought I would give them a try. The first few I opened looked like moisture had gotten in and the powdered was clumped. When I got to one that looked normal I prepared it following the water ratio on the box. It was absolutely disgusting I gave it some time hoping it would get better and it didn’t. There are other better brand out there that are worth the money get one of those instead.

SOS is a great product for anyone who works hard and loses not only water but electrolytes. I tried the Citrus and loved it and decide to try the watermelon. When the package arrived it was crushed on one side but I didn't think that would make a difference. BUt The first packet didn't come out as granules but a thick mass! Checking the rest of the package another 5 packets are hard as rocks!. I am sure this effects the efficacy of the drink. Tried one and it it was hard to dissolve. So a waste of money. Went to the SOS Hyradation web site and ordered there. I am finding that Amazon is getting very careless with quality control. I don't think I got a knock off but certainly not first quality.

These work wonders. I've always been r ally bad at drinking water and could literally go all day without drinking any, I recently cut all soda out of my diet and started using these to help with my water intake. I drink three packets a day. First thing in the morning, one in the afternoon and the other in the evening and then I drink just plain water in-between. I seriously feel so much better since and these made cutting out soda super easy. I disliked the taste of these and it actually took me a second time and just pushing through the dislike of it. I've been drinking them for three weeks now and like how they taste now. The watermelon one is my favorite. I have lost 5 pounds the last three weeks and just overall feel healthier since bringing these into my diet. Will definitely continue to purchase on a regular basis.

I tried this product once because I heard about it a lot from the running community. I've had a few instances where SOS has saved my run.Whether it's hydrating to make my 18+ mile long runs feel like 7 mile runs, or the quick rehydration after a race or a long run, you can definitely feel SOS doing its job. I had a 10mile run one day where I didn't take SOS prior but 3 miles in I felt sluggish and tired running 7:15pace. So I went back to my car put 2 packets in a water, gave it 5mins to do its thing and went back out. The 7:15s turned to 6:40s and it felt comfortable. This is where I became a believer.Ever since I've taken SOS I've PRed in 3 distances in 2016. (5k 15:22, 5 miles 24:54, Marathon 2:39:19). I'm not saying SOS is 100% the reason why but I wasn't running these times when I wasn't taking SOS. The factors that make up SOS are key for staying hydrated and for helping out immensely with the rehydration process. Just like the Boston Marathon, I'll be taking it prior, during (its a 2 loop course) and after the Baystate marathon in October as I shoot for sub 2:30.The professional and Olympic athlete backing should speak enough about this product. If you want to be the best you have to train like the best and SOS is on their list. They have a user for life in me and I'll continue to recommend this product to all my friends and athletes. I use SOS for every workout, long run, race, and just if I need something more then water.For those who say it's too pricey is absurd, for $18-20 you get 20 packets which is anywhere from 10-20 drinks. So anywhere from $1-$2 a drink, where gatorade us $2 and up per drink (also filled with some junk along with good ingredients) for that price it's at least worth a shot. You would be disappointed! It's awesome stuff!

I don't do soft drinks, I might drink a soda a month. I do drink a whole lot of water though, especially when I'm driving that's what I do for a job. So this is a nice change.All the flavors are rather subtle. What I taste when I first set this, is salt. Then sweet, and at the back end comes the flavor.Bought the variety pack because I wanted to sample all their flavors and they're all pretty good. But the coconut is a little odd, if you ever wondered what Panama Jack and banana boat suntan lotion would taste like it's probably that. It really isn't a taste, to speak of, but more of an essence. If that makes any sense at all.I like them and I'll buy them again. And for the price you really can't go wrong to try them.
