It works and looks exactly as advertised. It came in what I assume is its retail packaging and I don't know if all of them come with it but mine already had batteries. It was a good cheap toy to buy for my baby cousin's 1st birthday. It fit in my hands and the sound was pretty good. A light weight toy and looked pretty durable

Just got it today so I cant speak to the longevity of the item, but so far it is everything we wanted for our 4 year old who wanted a phone like one that was lost. She has no interest in pretend smart phones. She likes pressing the real buttons. They are rubber and beep but not very loud. The phone closes but does not snap or pinch fingers. It does not even clip closed. Would like it if it did but it makes sense that it springs open just a tiny bit so little fingers can easily open it again.The mirror will let her and her older sister pretend "selfies." It's a win for our older children but would also be great for babies and toddlers. There is no on/off or volume control, but we thought it was just loud enough for the child and no one else.

Value for the money and durability

I grew up with the flip phones. I love flip phones. My baby girl always wants to chew all over my android so I figured I better get her her own phone! I saw this baby flip phone and knew I had to get her it for play time. And it has held up! I am sure when she is older and has figured out how to flip it open and close, she will do it all day long! She's only 8 months but loves looking at herself in the mirror and chewing on it. Works great for her! And it came with the batteries already inside so you don't have to worry about purchasing any batteries with it. My 3 year old also likes to take off with it to make phone calls, so I think it's a keeper.

We have an older phone just like this that came with a used Lil Tike Police car I bought 2 years ago. My 2 GD's love it! Sharing it is another issue! I was so glad to see that they are still making them. Our older one still works & I know it is over 2 years old.

The sound quality is not the greatest. You cannot adjust the volume and you can barely hear the sound from it. My son really loves it regardless even though it’s falling apart from the couple times he has played with it. I would recommend getting a different one. We only purchased this one because it was in English and Spanish
