Crucial addition to my Heal Adhd stack
Fantastic addition to any ADHD stack assuming it has its right place. I see reviews here doing 300-500mg doses which to me sounds terrible and useless - over stimulating. When supplementing you should always be looking at things that pair with it to complete the effects - this isn't a pharma, it isn't a one pill fix all. However If I pair it in addition to a few other things at just 100mg it gives me a noticeable increase in BDNF/ executive function. At 200mg with my stack it is debatable how much better it is, although it is more intense... maybe spaced out a few hours would be best. I understand everyone has different brains different factors however I've found the effectiveness of this is often done best paired with a few things, mainly a dopamine precursor and something that increases blood flow to the prefrontal cortex. Of course on top of this some caffeine and B vitamins ,zinc, vit D goes a long way. I'll be getting it again and continuing it's use at this point I find my stack almost more effective longterm and less taxing than adderall. My current "heal adhd" stack below listed for reference and education not advice or guidance. The first 4 ingredients the most crucial outside vitamins and caffeine which are givens. --"On" Days -- * Morning with food unless noted * EPA/DHA high dose rTG x 2 Pycnogenol- 100mg Sabroxy - 100mg (taken 30m-1hr before everything else empty stomach) L-Phenylalanine - 200-500mg (taken 30m-1hr before everything else, sublingual) Vitamin D complex food source Vitamin B complex food source Zinc Choline NMN TMG Coffee --Night-- Pycnogenol- 100mg 2g Glycine 1g NAC 200mg GABA **L-Phenylalanine is more of a stimulant edgy feel, some prefer l-tyrosine I find it sleepy.

Helps me get into flow
I have trouble with focus, fatigue, and anxiety. I've been taking 100-150mg a day for the past couple months and I do think it's helping, mainly with focus. It seems to reduce the barrier to getting myself into a flow state when I'm at work. I'm less prone to trying to distract myself and I feel happier while working. I still get tired and have to take a short nap almost every day, but it's bearable now. The side-effect is that I'm perhaps more intolerant of distractions now! I take it with my morning coffee and 250mg of L-Theanine. The improvement in my work performance after adding Sabroxy was immediate and has been fairly consistent with the exception of two times I experimented supplementing with Lion's Mane and Alpha-GPC. In these cases I felt anxious, tired, and distracted. I can't be sure those supplements were to blame, but I'm not about to test the theory again. So Sabroxy (with coffee and L-Theanine) is the best I've tried so far.

Will buy again!
Works well. Feels like a form of stimulation that invites you to the project you're focused on. Remember to drink water

Why did they name it this?
As was pointed out to me, the name is too close to resembling "Suboxone". Works very well for me. A simple visit to their website answers all questions about the dosing, and a 500mg per dose size is available. Worst side effect is the sweating. I take it before I get on the train, and my shirt is half soaked! Update: I've had to split the 100mg dose in half. FYI I don't take this for ADHD, and speaking to someone who has, this is NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR PHARMA MEDS. Update 2: Started a return. Irritability off the charts, sweating bullets all day, caffeine and sugar cravings like crazy. "Does nothing" by other reviewers? Wow, I mean wow.

Nauseating
"Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily" Did not specify to take with food. Smells like that gross vitamin-y supplement smell. You know what I mean. Took one tablet. Felt horribly nauseous for about 5 hours afterwards. After that experience, I contacted to return because I did not want to risk feeling that awful again. They did not let me return. Buyer beware. Buyer be wary. Buyer ... Don't buy. My trashcan was gifted 89 tablets.

Not for me
I have little doubt that Nootropics Depot made a quality supplement with their Sabroxy tablets. I did feel some effects from taking them. This review won't be a knock on ND, but more of a review of the experience of taking this supplement. My hope with taking Sabroxy was that it would have some positive effects on ADHD symptoms. The reality was anything but. Even when taking a 5x dose, I felt only mild stimulation but absolutely nothing in terms of improved focus (in contrast to prescription medications). Even the lowest dose caused me to pass... substandard stools. I will keep buying from Nootropics Depot, but Sabroxy has been my biggest letdown. Maybe it will be effective for someone else.

Lifesaver.
Helps me focus at work, and gives me the boost I need to remain productive in my off time. There is a noticeable difference between when I do and do not take it. I take a lot of daily inventory at work, which requires tedious counting. Without sabroxy my numbers are always a bit off because my mind will start to wander mid-task, but with it I can stay focused on what I'm doing and my counts reflect it. It does have somewhat of a strong smell and taste. I've seen someone say that it's kind of like an "old library", but to me it's also a little molasses-like. It's not unpleasant, but it's very much something to note. These tablets are also scored, which makes cutting them in half very easy. I was taking the full 500mg for a while, but switched to 250 and haven't noticed a real difference in how effective it is. Once I finish off this bottle (somewhere in the next week), I'll be switching off to the powdered form and experimenting more with dose.

Powerful dopamine reuptake inhibitor
First I'll say that this compound works incredibly well when paired with the correct supporting supplements. You must include caffeine AND l-tyrosine with your sabroxy dose. N-ACYTL-L-TYROSINE is a dopamine precursor and caffeine can release more dopamine as well as make dopamine receptors much more sensative. The synergy of the three compounds are magical when dosed appropriately. I've tried dozens of nootropic compounds and conducted dosing experiments with all of them. I like sabroxy-caffiene-ltyrose best bc it's not prone to a "crash" and I don't get overly stimulated. Flow state can be induced quickly and productivity is extremely pleasurable. Motivation is really high and focus is top notch. This is all dose dependent and will differ for all people. Best wishes everyone
