Always enjoy white cabbage, especially in homemade coleslaw
After getting a replacement Ninja blender last year that chops, grates and slices I can now make my own coleslaw. Putting in exactly the things I like and leaving out the bits I don't.Cabbage is a definite addition for the crunch.

full round cabbage but dirty
got the full round ones but quite dirty and gashed in one place, looked like they were used as footballs. had to peel off a few layers to get to the clean stuff. a bit fibrous but boiled up ok in the end
