It can also be used in yeast breads, quick breads or muffins. Combine with herbs or sun-dried tomatoes for a light, savory flavor. Ingredients: Spinach, Silicon Dioxide. Basic Prep: Mix spinach powder into flour before adding wet ingredients; about 1/2 ounce for every pound of flour.
