Q: Can I buy the straw lid for 24oz Nitro Purple bottle?

I don’t believe it was made to accommodate a straw. If you do not have to have the bottle be leakproof, you may be able to find an after market very small straw (cocktail straw diameter) that may fit inside the built in sipper. If you add a straw, I do not think you would be able to close the sipper to make it spillproof.

Q: Does Takeya make Replacement gasket for the lid?

no clue - but it's safe to keep that air dry - keeping it closed could create unforseen mould - i found this out from one of the reviews (i appreciated the advise)
