better product decription please
Whilst product and delivery good was frustrated that product description did not mention restriction that all characters were available on each combination choice so words avaliable limited. My first 3 choices of memorable words could not be used. On plus side by using letters any attempt to find code is more difficult with larger number of letters than numbers provide. A good selling point

Unique luggage lock
Simply love this kind of locks as I just have to remember the word which I can relate to rather than the number combination instead. Bought new one to replace the current lock as the word have diminished due to the numerous travels over years.
