Bought a set of 1More ConfoBuds Pro in December 2023 for my a present for my Son having already owned 3 sets within my family & had been really impressed with the original headphones I purchased, however something seems defective about these latest headphones & replacement set I then ordered, first off trying to get the case to charge, the case led indicator flashes then goes off with no indication of charge after several attempts eventually got the case charging, white light then green when fully charged, on to the next problem, only 1 headphone appears to have power, I did manage to get 1 headphone to pair with my device in the first set however the replacement set would not pair & again only 1 headphone appeared to have power. Really disappointed with the last 2 sets of headphones, I can only assume I have been unlucky with a bad batch of headphones but have wasted so much time & effort trying to get these working following all the guides. After 2 defective sets of headphones I have give up & returned both which is a shame because the 3 original sets of headphones have been great.

I rarely write reviews! But after receiving this headphone from Amazon I changed my mind. Amazon delivery was great. My JBL buds have up on me and I wanted something that's not too expensive but sounding good. I found this 1More Comfobuds Pro on Amazon while searching and read others reviews. I took a plunge, and boy, I was not wrong in buying these. The packaging was superb, and the charging case was slim and fitted easily in my pocket. The Comfobuds themselves looked well built. I chose white as my previous buds were black. They fitted very well in my ears. They are light weight and comfortable for long listening. I am subscribed to Tidal and played master tracks at 256kbps to 320kbps and these 1more Comfobuds Pro did not disappoint. The sound is insanely good. Believe me you won't be disappointed. The bass is tight, and the kids perfect. Sibilance was crystal clear with well balanced audio with jazz, pop, rock and classical. I played Weather Report, pieces of a dream, Santana and top 40 songs from west FM. I took my 1 More for a jog and they stayed snuggly fit in my ears and the ambient sounds were so quiet. The 1More Comfobuds Pro ear buds are absolutely a delight to listen to and absolutely worth it for the money.

Excellent mic for phone calls, which is what I wanted. ANC - as good as the airpod pros I had, but to be honest that means you shouldn't expect much. None of these buds seem to do much more than reduce a bit of low level noise. With these and the airpod pros I had, any voices, trains, keyboards etc doesn't seem reduced at all. But I'd rather have average ANC for the £80 these cost vs £250 for the airpod pros :) Sound is pretty good (better than the old wired apple buds you used to get), but not as good as a set of Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pros I have which are honestly amazing (but a bit bulky, and the mic is poor). But generally pretty happy, mainly for the mic. I wouldn't say they are an astounding 5 stars like some seem to say, but still good for the money.

I bought my first pair of these in preparation for an 9 hour flight; They came the day before we left. Tried to pair at the airport and couldn't get the right to pair to the left, no matter how hard I tried. Google (and Reddit) told me that this was a common issue. Tried everything that was suggested (whilst away from home) to no success. 1More support advised that the right bud was faulty after I sent them a video of low brightness red/blue flashing bud... Returned and refunded. Cool. Second pair bought the same day and delivered the day the old ones were collected. Charged overnight and had a different issue; Left bud wouldn't turn on. Consequently, completely unable to pair. Right bud flashing away blue so was apparently working fine! About to process another return and refund. Reviews read really well and I've no doubt they're great - if only they worked! Won't be ordering a third pair.

The LED on earphones are to big and ridiculous. The are such police acre flashing when pairing on ear. But everything else are good. Call is good. Sound quality is good. Designing for ear is good. Battery is good. Material quaoity is good. Just the LED are disappointment.

I absolutely love 1MORE products. They are always exceptional quality and the sound is fantastic. These little buds sit in the ear fantastically well. The noise cancellation is phenomenal for a product in its price or any bracket. The Dolby atmos effect is astonishing for the size. The overall sound quality if sensational for my ears. Plenty of details and I heard things on tracks I d never heard in the past making my enjoyment of music second to none. And I can replace these 5 x to the price of air pod pros. The battery is great as the case tops them up. But honestly if you are looking for a pair of really quality buds these are wonderful. I use them every day all day. Enjoy.

These headphones are brilliant when they actually send you a pair that works. I have owned a pair for a year and they have very good ANC, and battery life is good. But the left earbud stopped working a few months ago and since then I have ordered 3 more pairs to replace this one. The three new pairs have all been broken, the case won't charge and the headphones were also dead so I do not recommend going through the trouble!

Left earbud stopped working in January and I just purchased in November. User manual says they will repair or replace if faulty. However, neither the user manual nor their website expalins how/where to mail product back. Chatbot is in Chinese only and once I did Google translation it states to contact them during normal business hours but does not tell you what time zone to reference. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Eines vorweg: Ich habe habe einige Exemplare dieser EarBuds kurz nach ihrem Erscheinen für die Familie gekauft - wegen der positiven Testberichte. Die Zufriedenheit war groß: stabil gebaut, gute Soundqualität, lange Laufzeit. Leider habe ich einen meiner beiden Buds verloren und mich gefreut, dass diese Baureihe noch zu haben ist. Versand direkt vom Hersteller, Versand durchgeführt von Amazon. Leider kamen sie aus UK. Versanddauer: 1 Woche. Alles kein Problem. Leider waren die neuen Buds bei Ankunft defekt. Weil aus UK versendet, konnte ich nicht einfach Ersatz erhalten, sondern musste die defekten Buds zurückschicken (und das Porto von fast 20€ vorstrecken) und dann eine neue Bestellung aufgeben. Gesagt, getan. Das gleiche Modell. Gestern angekommen. Das gleiche Problem. Wieder zurück geschickt und ein drittes Mal neue Comfobuds Pro bestellt. ----- Das dritte Paar war ebenfalls defekt. Es lies sich nicht per Bluetooth verbinden. Jetzt habe ich drei Paar Comfobuds Pro bestellt. Alle sind einzeln aus UK geliefert worden. Ich habe mehr als 50€ Portokosten aufgewendet, um die defekten Geräte nach UK zurück zu senden. Auch wenn ich die Portokosten von Amazon umgehend zurück erstattet bekommen habe, finde ich das Prozedere eine immense Zeit- und Geldverschwendung - und einen ökologischen Wahnsinn.

I bought and replaced it but it didn't work at all. It doesn't even turn on. Then I had to resend it back myself with DHL to UK address and paid 16 euro for that. But they are still saying they haven't recieved it.Please dont buy this
