Surprisingly Effective for Focus and Memory!
I've been taking these memory support pills for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say I've noticed a difference. My focus has improved, especially during long workdays or when I'm reading or studying. I also feel like I'm able to retain information a bit better than before. They’re easy to swallow, don’t leave any weird aftertaste, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. I appreciate that the ingredients are natural and that there are no unnecessary additives.Obviously, it’s not magic, but with consistency, I do feel a positive impact. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little cognitive boost.

You might want to take 1, because 2 works a little too well.
WARNING!!!I don't really know how many stars to give Brain Boost. I mean, in a big way it definitely deserves 5 stars because it turns my brain on. But in a way, it deserves less because it turns my brain on a little too well. What I mean is that I am at home right now instead of at work because my brain wouldn't turn off last night and I didn't get any sleep at all. Literally. No sleep because my brain wouldn't stop. I wanted it to stop, desperately. But it just wouldn't relax. It was almost like a muscle cramp that wouldn't let go and I was in agony. Actually, I loved it. But I wasn't productive at all because I was trying to go to sleep, so it was all wasted energy. And I'm not making money right now when I should be, so it's really had the opposite intended effect. At midnight I took 5mg of melatonin, but still no relief. The last time I looked at my clock it was 5am, and my alarm went off fifteen minutes later so I called in because I drive a stand on forklift during the day and go up to about 25' in the air and I didn't want to risk a fall. I also run a small business part time. I am also trying to start another small business, but I want to take it full time so that I can afford to fully capitalize my current part time biz and I need to cover private insurance when I quit the forklift job. Things were getting to be a bit much trying to prepare for the coming spring rush, which is why I bought Brain Boost. I need to be at the top of my game 16-18hrs a day, not 24...My Regimen: I have been taking it for a little over a week as suggested. I take 2 in the morning with a glass of water, then go get ready for work and 30 minutes later I eat breakfast. Breakfast consists of Vanilla Greek yogurt with granola and assorted berries mixed in and a cup of black coffee. I eat a light lunch with a low carb protein shake as an afternoon treat and have a normal dinner. The first day I didn't notice any boost in my brain. On the second day I felt like I might have been feeling something. On the way to work on the third day of taking Brain Boost I felt like a race horse with blinders on in the middle of the Kentucky Derby. I knew there were other cars on the road, but they didn't matter because I had somewhere important to be, at the finish line with a bouquet of roses around my horse neck. That night and the following 3 nights I only got 4 hrs of sleep each night. I was actually 2hrs late to work last Friday because even though my brain kept going, my body was wearing down and I had to catch up on some sleep, which we all know is impossible. My plan is to stop taking it for a few days and I will start back with 1 a day before breakfast instead of 2. If I remember, I will update with results.

Noticeable decrease in my "brain fog"
I have thyroiditis, which has many unfortunate symptoms, one of which is what I refer to as "brain fog". I will try to describe this. It is hard to concentrate. I make stupid mistakes at work and even a few times while making judgements when driving (yikes!). My short term memory is abysmal. It can be hard to follow conversations, from light-hearted to critical ones. I lose track of what I am doing and have to stop and do a mental "regroup" before I can get back to what I was really working on. I work at a library at an R&D facility and my patrons expect the best performance to which proper brain function is paramount. I cannot afford, literally and figuratively, to be mentally dull. After a week of taking Brain Plus, I was better able to stay in the moment and stay on task. After two weeks, that concentration and focus ability was greatly improved. I will say that if you do not start to notice a slight improvement in the first week, give it another week and then re-evaluate. It has been helpful for me.

Better Than Nothing
I took the product according to the recommended dosage for 1 month and could discern no improvement in memory or clarity of mind for at least 2 weeks. Beyond that, I could barely discern a positive effect above my previous norm for mental performance. In the 4th week, I experienced a decline in performance, including episodes of "brain fog" and mental stagnation, but this was perhaps due to a low grade viral infection and associated sinus congestion. Nothing serious, just the usual Fall seasonal malady.I'm an engineer who invents and develops medical devices for a living, and I often participate in clinical study design. So I'm well aware of how biases can arise. I'm not sure how other customers can claim noticeable effects within the first hour after dosing unless they're very susceptible to the placebo effect, or they're severely deficient in some vitamin or mineral. For me, it was many days before I could say that my average performance level improved by any discernible amount, and it was very subtle at that. I could jokingly say that I must be operating near peak performance already, but if that were true, why would I be seeking a means of improvement? I'm 46 years old, and it's getting more difficult to catalog a lifetime of memories and access them quickly. I've nothing lacking in logical abilities, but some days are slower than others in terms of processing speed.I did notice some improvement in my ability to stay focused, recall memories (even long forgotten ones), and confidently choose my words when speaking. Perhaps the main effect I noticed was that I didn't feel compelled to ramble on in monologue for fear of losing my train of thought if someone else took a turn speaking. This is good, and I suspect it has something to do with one's ability to remember and stay focused.I experienced enough of a benefit, however subtle, that I'm curious to see if I would experience greater gains with continued use. I do, however, feel that whatever ingredients are responsible for the effects I noticed are present in very low concentrations. I also think it's pretty dumb that the vitamins which are present are at much less than 100% of US RDA. Either go to 100%+ or get rid of them, and I'll take a multivitamin on the side. The large ingredients list also makes it very difficult to determine which of them are responsible for the effects one might experience, for better or worse. This makes me think that perhaps I should try other supplements with 1 or 2 ingredients at a time, first, so I can learn what each one does for me, without confounding so many variables. With this supplement, I'm really just hoping that the formulators know what they're doing, and trusting that they're creating a blend to satisfy the needs of most individuals.
