They work……But,
These will get get rid of your acid reflux,or that burning throat feeling however the consistency is not as good as name brand ,Alka Seltzer chews. These are very chalky like and they don’t taste as good as Amazons’ Equate brand.

Fast and effective with good flavor. Soft centered chewable candy is convenient because water isn't necessary and no chalky taste. Bargain Club customer service was fast and highest integrity.
