Hello, The FDA does not require a calorie count or carb count if it is less than 1 carb. There is actually 3.5 calories, which is less than 1 carb. It did not feel right saying zero carbs on the label so we took the options to not make a carb claim at all since he FDA lets you leave it off when its less than one, PLUS, you can't write less than 1 carb.
