Q: Hello,can you link multiple dp750's together to work as a single unit all hooked up to a local sip server say elastix providing extentions to dp720's

On a DP750 You are able to link up 6 DP720s with separate extensions. I dont think you can link multiple DP750s as this a base unit for the 720s. I have multilple DP750s in our facility with no interference issues. Hope this helps.

Q: How do I set up this device to an existing grandstrem set up?, there is not instructions.

The admin guide for the base and phones are on Grandstream's site here http://www.grandstream.com/sites/default/files/Resources/DP750_DP720_Administration_Guide.pdf.
