Good value for the money

It work for my new 2010 Cadillac SRX that my husband purchase for me a couple weeks ago that only had 1 Keyfob/key for it.I end up locking my keys in the car a couple days before before this keyfob arrive and I was so upset. Thank God It was at home and husband a a friend/locksmith that able to get the car unlock at no charge which would have been $120 charge. So I am thrill that I got it it work .***EASY PROGRAM THROUGH MANUEL ***CHECK ALL FUNCTIONSLOCK/UNLOCKREMOTE STARTTAILGATE LIFTHAVENT GOT THE KEY CUT YET...DEPENDS ON THE PRICE I MAY OR MAYNOT.IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CADILLAC EMBLEM ON IT...MAY JUST PURCHASE A COVER WITH ONE ON IT FROM AMAZON.THANKS AMAZON 😊

It was going to cost me $230 for fob and $150 to program it! I bought this and did it myself. Great product

In order to program a fob the metal key in the top must be inserted into outside key lock and turned 5 times in one minute to sync with electronics in the fob. This key must have an pattern cut into the metal key. There is nothing cut into the key. Will bott go into the key port, thus no programing.

It works! But had to look at instructions in middle of install/programming and the screen blacked out. Didn’t know if it worked. Plus “ master” key fob didn’t work right after. Waited a few minutes then used remote start and it worked. After that the screen on the instrument cluster said “no key fob detected”My wife drives that car so I don’t knkw it it still says that at initial start. She uses the remote start. I asked and she says “idk” lol.All in all. I use this aftermarket key fob when I borrow her car and no problems. Works as should. Oh and we never got the key laser cut. Yet.
