Q: Does it have underwire?

Yes. I usually hate underwire bras. Didn't realize this had one but it really doesn't bother me. Seems lighter than underwires I have had before. I wouldn't buy it again but am keeping this one and using it comfortably.

We straps have adequate adjustment the underwires though do tend to cut in

They are adjustable. Unknown what "all the way" means.

No, they are not. Wouldn’t lace inside the cups be scratchy?
