Q: Is the price for 1 pad or 2?

The price is only for one Pad. I think I see the point of confusion because it says "2 new from $45.94". That's just Amazon's way of claiming that two sellers are selling the pad starting at that price point. Unfortunately, there's no way for any seller here to modify that but we can at least clarify that the price is per each pad.

Q: How durable is this pad? Do the sensors for the arrows stand up to time?

I didn't have very good luck with mine. The pad itself seemed very well made but in play mode I had a lot of misses when they should have been hits. It was very frustrating for me because I love to get perfect scores and I couldn't with this pad. Sorry for the bummer news. I wish I could play DDR again :(
