Q: Can this work like a mouthgard when sleeping??

The Munchies EPS 2 Pack is designed for helping seat aligners that are used during orthodontic treatments. They are not orthodontic appliances themselves. Please talk to your dental professional regarding mouthguards for the best recommendation for your needs.

Q: Is there a firmness difference between the colors?

I’m not sure if there is supposed to be but I noticed the blue is more firm. The pink one lasted a couple of days and the end with several notches is useless but for the blue it is still going strong.

Q: Why are these so expensive?

I go through at least 4 blue ones each month. These should be less expensive! The pink is useless. I have gotten black from my dentist. I lasts longer but still at $40 plus a month is very very costly.

Q: I’m new to invisalign, but i usually bite down on a clean washcloth to seat my aligners. they seem to be well seated. do i need these??
