Q: Are these to fill scleral lenses before inserting ?

Well I too have a scleral lens and I was on another solution which has been discontinued or just out of stock, anyway, my doctor said to go with Purilens and Yes... it is for filling my scleral lens before inserting.

Q: These used to be considered a FSA expense, has something changed?

I am not sure about that. I have always purchased mine from my Eye doctor until I located them on Amazon. Thank God for Amazon!

Q: Is there anyway to find out what the expiration date would be for a purchase made April 2019??

The expiration date should be on the box the Purilens box.
