High-Density Round Foam Roller EPP - Soild Colors

This foam roller is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. It’s firm enough to really work out sore muscles but still comfortable to use, and it holds its shape well without denting. The size is perfect for full back and leg rolling, and it feels sturdy and durable. Whether for stretching, recovery, or everyday use, this roller gets the job done and is a great addition to any routine.

Our Physical Therapist suggested we get this roller for home exercises to help treat a shoulder problem. The other is very good quality and works great. The shoulder is feeling better and we will continue using the roller after PT is completed. The roller keeps its shape and is the right size for excercises.

Works great. Good quality and has saved my back numerous times. It is just the right length for me to to a full torso stretch long ways as well. I had another one that was too short.

I use this roller for "butterfly stretching" and scapular strengthening. For both of these, the foam roller is absolutely wonderful!! It is extremely firm and does not allow for any bend. I give it 5-stars for the stretches mentioned above. Why 4-stars? Well, it works great for stretching but I use it for Pilates exercises and it was very hard and thick for my lower back, hips and thighs. Overall I would give this a 4.5 as it is great for scapular stretching techniques but too hard for pilates - although it could be that I just don't have enough "cushion" on my body and that is why I found it uncomfortable. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The BEST foam roller out there for the price. Many seem to have an appealing price and then turn out to be super short. Not this one! Perfect for thighs, calves, back, even bottoms of feet. I just bought another one for a family member but I’ve had mine for months and it’s held up well. Has not collapsed or had any of the foam beads spill out of it like ones I’ve had in the past. It’s solid and firm. My only critique is that the surface is smooth rather than textured, but the smoothness is preferred for every day use because textures can cause soreness if too hard. This foam roller goes a long way for the value.

This high-density foam roller is exactly as described. It has been very helpful during my therapy sessions, especially for relieving neck, back, and hip pain. The firmness provides great support without being uncomfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for muscle relief and recovery support.

I use this roller for myofascial release as prescribed by my doctor and physical therapist. Yes, it is very hard, but it’s supposed to be. Does it hurt? Sometimes. But myofascial release and massaging contracted or cramping muscles hurts. A lot sometimes. It also greatly relieves moderate chronic muscle pain. This foam roller is exactly the same in design as the one I used at my doctor’s office. If you’re looking for a foam roller to roll out your muscles like getting a Swedish massage, this roller may be too firm for you. If you are looking for a foam roller to address stiff contracted muscles in order to reduce pain, increase range of motion, or improve posture, this roller fits the bill at a reasonable price. So far it has been quite durable. I’ve used it twice a day for a month on both a wood surface with a yoga mat and without a mat on concrete. It still looks and feels the same as the day I received it. Two things to consider. The surface is a bit slippery, so it works better on a grippy surface such as a yoga mat. It hardly weighs a thing (when it gets delivered the box feels empty), but it’s bulky, so I wouldn’t travel with it unless I was just tossing it the car to use at the gym.

HOPING CAN FIND SOME USE FOR IT EXERCISING. OTHER THAN THAT, THE ITEM IS GREAT! JUST CANNOT TAKE THE HARD FOAM MYSELF.

O rolo é muito bom, não é duro demais e cumpre a função de alongamento e relaxamento a que se propõe. Poderia ser um pouco mais barato, mas é um produto de qualidade.
