Double typing issue is annoying
The keys are very loose and tendds to double type letters. This happens most of the times and it is really annoying. As you can see from my comments when you get words mistyped because the keybboard thinks I've presseed the keys twice is annoying.I've tried this on both windows and mac and it is the same problem. Tried altering keypress delay and whatever the operating system settings I could see but it is of no use.. Look at the fullstop as well it gets pressed twice. This is a defective piece or a general problem with this keyboard. With all due respect, you have got the technology of making this keyboard work really well which is bluetooth and multi device connectivity but the overall usability is flawed by the annoying issue of double typing letters. It's a shame really!

So Far So Good
Early days, charged up as suggested by the manufacturer. Please do read the instructions I get the terrible feeling that many of the negative reviewers were too lazy to do even that. The keystrokes are nice and light and pairing up to a Bluetooth 5.1 usb dongle with a mouse and speakers sharing it was a doddle in Windows 10. One thing I would suggest when using multiple devices off one dongle is to reboot the PC after each new multiple connection. As for the complaints as to wrong characters or duplicated ones, I'm inclined to see that as operator error/not reading the instructions sufficiently or being ham-fisted. I bought this keyboard having delved through all the negative reviews, if I have to make criticisms it is more that the instructions have been printed out way too small, and the manufacturer really does need to update their website and include PDFs for all their products; this gives any prospective purchaser a chance to read up the items and having a better idea whether to purchase or not. I've had some pretty terrible keyboards in my time from the likes of Logitech and Cherry, this keyboard's key strokes remind me of some much cherished wired boards of about fifteen years past. Bluetooth technology has improved much over the last few years and the fifth generation (5.x) seems more stable and reliable than the earlier generations I've used.If you have problems with Bluetooth connectivity it is likely to be the generation of Bluetooth on your motherboard/dongle than anything you are trying to pair to them, and don't get me started on Apple's idea of bluetooth which renders the concept near inoperable and therefore utterly pointless.I've been able to pair up this keyboard with my Xperia XA2 Ultra and it makes WhatsApp messaging a doddle!

Weird mapping of keys
I don't understand the mapping of the printed keys to their actual actions. Some of the keys have 4 functions, with 2 of them printed in an almost-invisible very light grey, which you have to use the fn key with. It took me ages to figure out how to type a backslash. The key next to the z has a backslash clearly printed on it, but it does not produce a backslash - it produces a `. There is a key labelled with a hash, a tilde, and a bar and backslash in very light grey. Press this key and you would expect to get a hash, but you get a backslash. Shift-press and you would expect a tilde, but you get |. win-alt-press and you get «. fn-press and you get \. I don't know how to get either a hash or a tilde from this key, or any other key for that matter. (The tilde is printed on the key next to the Z, but no combination of key presses produces a tilde) It's driving me mad. I am going to have to send it back, which is a shame, because I like its other features.

Not all the keys work on mine
Mostly works ok, battery life is excellent, but a few keys just don’t do anything at all which is weird. Luckily not especially essential keys, so its just an irritation rather than a ‘throw it out the window in anger’ job.No idea about it’s use for gaming, never tried.Oh, and please don’t actually throw it out the window, that would be highly irresponsible indeed and may hurt a passing badger or traffic warden depending on your location.

A lovely keyboard, but.....
....if you use the Home/End, PgUp/PgDn, Insert/Delete buttons and four arrows a lot, you'll find it annoying that you have to toggle them on/off to use them.I can't fault the build quality and feel of the keyboard, but for me, the above (which I didn't realise when looking at the pictures) was a showstopper and it had to go back. I've since bought an Arteck similar model that DOES have all the buttons.

DIdn't work with my iMac
Buy cheap, buy twice - this keyboard feels horrible after using a proper Apple keyboard for years but after mine broke (due to me cleaning it with too damp a damp cloth!) I bought this as a cheap replacement. I found that many of the keys registered twice as I typed. Returned and boughtn the original Apple keyboard at twice the price. Worth the extra money though.

Buy cheap - buy twice ...useless after a month
UPDATE - Vendor has got in touch and provided a replacement...Testing now and and will see how we go, hopefully last one was just an anomaly. Will update in due course...amended to 3 star in light of good customer service.Keyboard has started typing clusters of letters and refusing to sync after just over a month of careful loving use.No Drinks spilt, no dust or dirt just decided one morning to play me up when i have a busy work day ahead...now scrambling to find a keyboard from somewhere. My tip - spend a bit more on a reputable brand that won't let you down in a crunch.
