Great product for mobility and exercising. I used this pre and post-rotator cuff surgery and this has really helped with my mobility and healing.

For anyone with spine issues in particular, this is the product you are looking for. This is EVA HDF. It has the support and the give needed for those times you can't get to a chiropractor or neurologist. One person mentioned costochronditis - it's excruciating if you've never experienced it - much worse than natural childbirth. This will definitely help in alleviating the pain and the escalation of the paralysis that sets into your thoracic region. This is also helpful for your cervical, lumbar and sciatic regions. Just make sure you know how to use it for the maximum benefit.

Doing some research at Youtube University on treating my Costochondritis I found a device that costs like $70 that you lay on to do some stretching and its supposed to help get your back issues corrected so you can reduce the effects of Costochondritis. I decided I would try a much cheaper option and go with one of these foam massage rollers. Spoiler alert...Im not using the one that rolls, I got the one thats flat on one side so it stays put. Well to my surprise after the second use I felt what I can only describe as a release of tension in my ribs on both sides of my sternum. I actually felt them move which I was not expecting. Granted it was probably a 1/16th of an inch so nothing crazy but that reduced my pain by 90% which is fantastic. My Costo is not severe and the pain is not over whelming. I rarely even take anything for the pain but it was starting to get worse and I decided I need to do something now instead of waiting any longer. Go easy at first. This foam massager is very firm and can be a bit uncomfortable directly on the spine so I suggest starting out with it in a chair or against a door frame so your body weight isn't an issue. Hopefully this will help those of you who are suffering with this painful and sometimes scary condition.

Use it on a firm surface for a good deep massage or a softer surface for less pressure. Can fit adults of all ages, although if petite having a slightly smaller size might be a better fit. Well designed quality, thick and durable. The surface is very strong and well put together. This is a must have for a home gym / recovery center.

Good for a bad back

Yo no lo compré para rehabilitación de pantorrilla, lo uso para hacer lagartijas al pecho y ejercitar tricep. El costo me pareció y adecuado, no ganga, solo justo. De hecho hoy en día ya está mucho más caro. Estoy muy satisfecho.

l'intérêt est de travailler ma souplesse au niveau des jambes et plus particulièrement les mollets pour le squat. cet article présente un defaut important pour moi: il est glissant, aussi bien en mettant les pieds dessus (talon au sol pour etirer les mollets/tendon d achille) que la base qui est au sol, je suis obliger de le mettre sur mon tapis yoga... Mais il reste trop glissant les 2 pieds dessus. ce n'est pas une savonnette, mais c est pénible. il est mieux fini que le noir qui présente des aspérités irrégulières, mais ce dernier est beaucoup plus stable, ne glisse pas, ni au niveau du sol, ni niveau pied en appui dessus. NB: le prix est passé de 27€ à la commande, à 37€ au moment ou je tape ce commentaire.
