This has been fantastic to read with my 6 year old (skipping some parts not relevant to his age). He's able to learn about how people feel and know that all emotions are normal. He's learning how to chanel those emotions and find ways of coping with them within the book. Very easy read and keeps us interested. Definitely recommend.

My 12 year old daughter has really enjoyed completing this book. It has helped her mental well-being following the Covid lockdowns. Easy and fun to use.
