How long you need to play nice? Black Chia will be harvested in mid/late October and White Chia is scheduled for December. Edison Grainery runs all Chia lots through a state-of-the-art laser cleaner before we pack your order. The bags are labels and ready to go! Thanks for your patience.

Directions for use:
Sprinkle dry chia seeds onto salads or into soups
Add a few tablespoons into your smoothies, dips or any other creamy food that you eat
Replace fat or eggs in your recipe
Whisk one part chia seed into 10 parts water
Allow mixture to rest 30 minutes until the seeds have changed into a gel before using
