Q: The ethernet adapter does not work on macbook pro 16" (2019) macos bigsur 11.3.1. can updated drivers be installed?

Hey Matt - are the activity lights coming on when you plug in an ethernet cable? Have you tested the ethernet signal to ensure that it's live? If both of these are working OK, have you tried a full restart of your laptop? The drivers can't be updated, but it should work. Please do reach out to our support team so we can troubleshoot this for you. If that port is dead on your unit, we will certainly replace it immediately.

Q: Will this work with the new 2021 macbook pro with the m1x chip and two monitors?

This device only supports 1 monitor for the new M1 2021 MacBook Pro. All other features function as normal.

Q: Will this stand work if MacBook has a case on it?

It will hold up to approximately 1.5-2 inches wide...just be sure you have the right connection for this stand. I love the stand but my older Mac would not accommodate the new Apple connectors.

Q: Will this work with a Macbook Air 13" (Early 2015)?

Yes, as long as the MacBook has a dual USB C charging port.
