Might be a reaction specific to this user. My mother, sisters, friends, and I all use this product and none have noticed browning nails.

Q: Does it come off easily with acetone?

Yes, very easily with acetone. I use it after a manicure. It keeps the polish on longer and brightens it. Hope this helps.

Q: Just applied this and it hurts my fingertips! I've never experienced anything like this before. Has anyone else had a similar experience when using?

I purchased this set from this seller on March 3, 2019 and gave one away, and since my bottle is almost finished I came back now to buy another set. Never once did this product burn me, and I do get some on my skin and cuticles when applying. Not sure if they changed the formula since this question was initially asked 4 years ago? I hope my new polish that I’m about to order is fine! But again, did not experience any burning or discomfort at all, and in combination with the hair vitamins I'm taking, my nails are hard as rocks and longer than they’ve ever been. I’m about to make a review also, so I’ll post pics as well. (Unfortunately didn’t take befores, but they were just short before anyway).
