I use both, while in the shower I soak my dentures with tablet followed by Dentures cream. I find they need scrubbing.. Red

I believe that it can be used on anything that comes out of the mouth to be cleaned.

Q: Does this paste contain persulferate?

There are no ingredients listed on the product tube. Perhaps on the box, but that is long gone. Call them if that is important for you

Q: Can this be used as regular toothpaste?

No. Toothpaste is for anything that stays in the mouth. Denture cleaner is used for anything that comes out of the mouth for cleaning. They are different makeups.
