Cayenne Supplement

I decided to try these cayenne pills after I read an article on inflammation. I'm not in need of weight loss so I didn't take it for that reason. I took one pill and I had very stark mental results. I had a significant depressive episode after taking only one pill: Not in a sad way, but a low motivation, low stress tolerance way. I sat on my couch pretty much the whole day. I pretty much chalk this up to being related to having a low blood pressure tendency which is contraindicated with high dose capsaicin. Luckily, this side effect lasted only one day. I haven't take another pill since. What I quickly noticed is that I've lost all my lifelong IBS-C symptoms. I have a long history of terrible bloat, very reactive to FODMAPS. I'm thin, but sometimes looks 6 months pregnant from bloat. I must disclose that in order to help the C part of my IBS, I eat two cups of steel cut oats every day with tons of blueberries and avoid meat. Meat makes the C worse for me. I became a vegetarian eating oats and beans every day. I don't even like beans but I was able to go on the regular with this dietary change before the cayenne pill. However, the extreme and oftentimes painful bloat remained. My life has changed with the one pill. I wake up every day with zero bloat and a flat belly. I wish I'd tried this years ago. Perhaps this was a fluke and just worked for me to fix my GI issues. I don't plan to take another pill because of the mental down day it gave me but I will certainly take another should my bloat problems reappear.

I bought this after running into research on how this food kicked butt of fat and calories. Instead of creating fat you burn it and calories you eat like crazy. It turns it into energy and I can attest that you definitely feel it. Take with plenty of food, preferably with meals. The research suggests taking it with all three meals that you are supposed to be eating. However, if you take it too late you will have trouble sleeping. No sleeping on this supplement. I recommend one capsule with breakfast, lunch, and dinner (3 to 4 hours before bedtime). Some take more. This works and it is so affordable.

This product is very effective if taken as a weight loss supplement (with exercise and dieting as well) if it is also taken with Green Tea Extract. Note: if you take this on an empty stomach, it will cause severe cramps and salivation. It may even induce vomiting! Do Not take this on an empty stomach. (Don't be surprised though, you're technically eating Cayenne pepper in a pill, I mean, what did you expect?) Recommendation: eat a large meal 1 and a half hours before a workout, take this pill immediately after eating this meal, take this pill again immediately after working out (with Green Tea Extract, Creatin and Protein) and you will lose weight fairly quickly. Very effective weight loss tool for those who want to lose a few pounds or for those who want that final cut in their abs. For the purpose of weight loss, I highly recommend this product as long as it's followed with the recommended guidelines given.

I use this for the pain in my hands. It doesn't take it away totally but it reduces it enough that I can ignore it. Which to me is important.

Works well for appetite suppressant and helps with pain and inflammation when combined with Osteo Bi-Flex, Resveratrol, Tumeric Curcumin with Bioperine. I also use Capzasin Quick relief gel. My pain symptoms have decreased since using these products.

I use this product for blood circulation. I use pure cayenne pepper in my foods but use this as a extra supplement when the dish I eat does not go with pure cayenne pepper. I don't have any issues with my stomach like many claim. Maybe cause I'm use to eat. Don't be a sissy, cayenne pepper is really healthy for blood circulation, your stomach will adjust to eat.

This stuff works and does ALL it's SUPPOSED to do for HEALTH BENEFITS. Try it of course Miracles Don't Happen in 1 Day. I took 2 pills for better results.
