I installed this inverter to run 24/7 las month because of the power system problem after hurricane Maria here in Puerto Rico. I had some issues with it, but the service and the attentions form the Customer Service was extraordinary. The inverter is working very well and Im very satisfied with this inverter. so far so good. I hooked it up replacing my old Samplex 2000 which I shorted out , have the caps ordered but couldn't wait for arrival. so for the price of 300.00 I decided to purchase. this way I will always have a spare on hand. I had the Samplex 2000, very expensive unit, it resets itself which is a fantastic feature. but the fans ran too much and they were loud. this unit, the fans do not run much, they r loud but do not stay on long. so a very quite unit overall. I've recently switched to Lithium batteries, seems like a noticeable difference in generator run time. unit display is spot on with voltages matching battery. I'm very pleased with product. I had my samplex in for13 years.. after I replace the caps, make sure its in working order again by swamping them out for a few days, but I'm gonna use this one. I'm impressed . and impressed with price. only time will tell now. I'm running a small cabin with it. i have 2 small chest freezers, full size refrigerator, 32" TV, Laptop 15", chargers for phones, laptop, vape, 3 lights everyday. i got 2,500 watts solar and a small cheap generator 3ooo watt running with about 30 mins run time twice a day, about 1 gallon of gas a day bc i do have shading problems part of the day. longer run times with no sunshine, naturally. if something happens i will repost

This inexpensive unit is being used to charge electric vehicles. I have only had it a few days but it is working well so far. We did find that the yellow terminal must be earth grounded and jumpered to the black terminal or an error code was generated on the charging cord. The black, yellow and red terminals on the front of the unit should have been better concealed and separated from each other. We blew the first unit when a stray wire from the center yellow terminal touched the red terminal.

Two months in and this unit is working perfectly to my expectations. Pure sine wave works very well with the electronic equipment I'm running, no buzzing or adverse operation. Fans are loudish but don't kick on nearly as often as the other inverter I had before this one and I can tell are quite powerful so the noise is a tradeoff.

YOU CAN'T HARD WIRE THIS WITH THE WIRE TERMINALS TO 110 VOLTSWhen I purchased this inverter I was under the impression that it could be hard wired into a small cabin because the seller had said that the red was hot, yellow ground, and black neutral. This only works at 60V with small electronics! NOT 110V for electrical wiring in the wall! This was a huge disappointment because I had already had the inverter for a few months before I was able to hook it up and thus can't return it. Additionally, the red light was constantly blinking when we had direct sun, the seller says to "disregard" but why have that as part of the inverter programming if it is useless? Bummed that I have to purchase a whole new inverter because of misleading information.

The product is overrated. Fir many weeks I exchanged email messages with the supplier hoping to return it & order a larger capacity one. The supplier continued to try to convince me that the cables to the battery are too small. When I sent a photo of the heaviest cables available there has been no response. A goid unit except overrated & I need a larger one.

Very great value for the money, product has been running for 50 days nonstop now, runs very cool have only heard the cooling fans kick on a couple of times on very hot 96 deg days, have ran 65kwh thru it so far on a constant off grid setup!!

Instructions are missing for AC output wiring.I connected it to a Auto Relay transfer switch using the terminal block connections and nothing happened. I can't use it, sending it back.
