This is truly a relaxer and will straighten your hair quickly. My beautician put argan oil in mine and still my hair BROKE OFF. This stuff is super strong! Don't let the texturizer name fool you.

This is intended for medium to coarse hair. Especially for frizzy hair.

No it isn’t good for that it is like a perm to straighten your hair
